All items are pre-made, and never pre-order. All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. If you have any questions that cannot be addressed with the courier, please do not hesitate to reach out to admin@madoc.shop.
Returns
We are a small team dedicated to quality and character. Since we work in limited runs, we have a tight return policy to keep things moving:
If we messed up:
If your item arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect (like a construction flaw or a finish issue), we’ll fix it. Just shoot us an email at admin@madoc.shop with a photo as soon as possible, and we will handle the return shipping and a replacement or refund.
If you changed your mind:
All sales are final once shipped. We do not offer returns or exchanges for “elective” reasons like swapping colors or changing your mind.
Refunds
Quality & Defects
We stand by our work. If your item has a genuine construction flaw or defect, we’ll make it right with a replacement. If a replacement isn’t what you’re looking for, we will honor a refund.
Note on distressing: Our items are often designed with a specific distressed look and finish. Due to this, we reserve the right to determine if a claim is a genuine quality control error or simply part of the item’s intended character.
If you find an actual quality defect, email us at admin@madoc.shop as soon as possible after delivery with photos and we will get back to you shortly.
No Elective Returns
Because of our limited production, we do not offer refunds or swaps if you’ve changed your mind or want a different color. Please be sure of your choice before you order!
